What is Cloud Based Accounting?

Cloud Based Accounting is a new way to manage your accounts, online. Our team will work with you to ensure your business accounts, payroll and other financial functions comply with all regulatory requirements. You input your financial data anytime, anywhere, via simple to use cloud software. We offer a range of accountancy services and work as a team, to achieve the quickest and most convenient solution to all your financial needs. In summary Cloud Based Accounting is the ideal online solution for quick and simple internet accounting.

Why QBO?

Since Oct 2016, we had partnered with Intuit Canada for QuickBooks online and becoming a Diamond Partner with QuickBooks Online (OBO). This platform will give our growing Web smart clients an option to log in their book anytime and anywhere with Wi-Fi access so they can have the pulse of their business at their finger tip.

How do I get started?

We're glad you asked! Once you choose your solution you will begin a short Startup interview which will customize QuickBooks Online for your business. With QuickBooks, Online Plus or Online Essentials you can import your data from another version of QuickBooks (most current versions will convert and upload) or start from scratch. Either way, you are ready to go in no time at all. If you ask us to help you for conversion and set up, we can set you up with our wholesales monthly license fee which is normally 50% off the retail price. This fee can be paid with your monthly bill to our firm.

Is my data safe in the cloud?

The safety of your private data is our top priority. In addition to always maintaining two copies of your data, we automatically back up your updated data every day. It's stored on firewall protected, redundant servers so your data is safe from hardware and software failures, hackers and viruses. Because we update your records with every change, we cannot restore your file to a previous point in time.

Can I get a copy of my data on my hard drive?

Yes. You have the option to download a copy of your data and keep it on your own computer (known as a local copy). This gives you the added comfort and control of storing the data yourself as well as having us back it up.

How do I import my existing books into NexGen?

Send our team your most up-to-date balance sheet and income statement, and you’re all done. If you have further questions, we will help you with everything you need to get started.

Do you provide invoicing, bill tracking, payroll, or inventory management?

Yes. All you should do is email, call or fax us your related information, and we’ll do the rest. Get a free assessment with our experts for help automating your invoicing, bill tracking, payroll, or inventory management.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. We never lock you in to our service. Get your free for any services plan for your first month after three months’ subscription.

What is your ongoing support?

Once you are becoming our client and paying your monthly fee, we can login as Accountant to your cloud base book, so anytime when you stuck, we can login to help you resolve the issue, we also have responding time within 24 hours’ rule to help you even during weekend or evenings.
